Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Work
    shortening into flour until mealy. Dissolve yeast in
    a little
    lukewarm
    water.
    Add to flour with the rest of ingredients.
    Mix
    well. Roll out to about 1/2-inch thickness. Cut with
    biscuit cutter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes. Makes about 7 dozen.
