Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
7 eggs (whole)
1 tsp. plain flour
2 c. sugar
lump of butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Mix sugar and flour; add to egg mixture.
Add milk and butter and heat until hot, not boiling.
Place in partly browned pie crust and finish baking in 350\u00b0 oven.
Pie is done when you can insert kitchen knife in and it comes out smooth.
