Cream Of Broccoli Soup(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    3 c. broccoli florets and peeled stems
    24 oz. evaporated skim milk
    1 qt. vegetable cooking spray
    1 1/2 c. chopped leek (white only)
    2 Tbsp. ground nutmeg
    1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bring water to boil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water.
    Add the broccoli; cook 5 to 6 minutes, until bright green and fork-tender.
    In a small saucepan, warm evaporated milk over low heat, just until bubbles form around the edge.
    Remove pan from heat.
