Irish Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cream or milk
1 c. cooked/mashed Irish potatoes
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. mace
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. chopped raisins
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. cloves

Preparation

Note:
You can use the cocoa if you wish, but this will overwhelm
the
spices, so you will need to choose whether you wish to use the cocoa.
