Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. oil or bacon drippings
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    2 c. warm water
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 carrots, grated
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 stalk celery
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Pound flour, salt and pepper into steak.
    Brown steak in oil on both sides; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Makes 4 servings.
