Mint Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) ready-made Nabisco Oreo pie crust
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
10 to 12 drops green food coloring
2 c. whipping cream or whipped topping
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, combine Eagle Brand, peppermint extract and, if desired, food coloring.
Fold in whipped cream.
Turn into crust.
Cover and freeze 6 hours or until firm.
Garnish as desired.
Freeze leftover.
