Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cubed cooked chicken
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 c. diced celery
    3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
    1/2 c. sweet pickles, diced
    1 to 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing (if watching fat use fat-free dressing), if dry add more dressing
    1/4 c. sugar or Sweet 'N Low
Preparation
    In large bowl toss chicken, onion, celery, parsley and pickles.
    Add chopped hard-cooked eggs, salt and pepper to taste and mayonnaise.
    Toss again until well mixed.
    For each serving, place on shredded lettuce.
    Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with tomato and parsley.
    Serves 8 to 10.
