New York Style Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small box elbow macaroni
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. mayo or more (Kraft)
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; drain.
    Add vinegar and sugar, salt and pepper. Let stand 30 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Drain off excess liquid.
    Add pepper, onion and mayo; chill.
