Baked White Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 medium potatoes
    1 stick oleo
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until soft.
    Drain; add oleo and mix well with mixer.
    Do not add milk.
    In 1 1/2 to 2-quart buttered casserole, layer with 1/2 of potatoes, sour cream and cheese.
    Repeat layers with cheese on top.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Can be made ahead.
