Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped peppers
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, shredded
    1 head lettuce, shredded
    2 or 3 tomatoes, chopped
    1 large bag Fritos, crushed
    1 bottle Thousand Island dressing
    hot sauce (on side for individual use)
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    Add garlic salt and chili powder; mix well and let cool.
    Mix together with other ingredients except Fritos and dressing.
    Add Fritos and dressing just before serving.
