Bill'S Country Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. pork shoulder
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. basil
    1 1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 to 1 tsp. cayenne
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    Combine spices in water.
    Pour over pork which has been cut to be ground.
    Mix spices
    thoroughly
    with
    pork.\tGrind seasoned pork.
    Ground sausage may be
    stuffed into casings or fried slowly in patties.
