Foltz'S Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 to 20 large tomatoes
    3 medium onions
    6 cloves garlic
    3 green peppers
    3/4 to 1 c. vinegar
    1 to 2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cumin
    6 yellow peppers or equivalent
    1 large can tomato paste
Preparation
    Peel and chop tomatoes; let drain at least 30 minutes.
    Add chopped onions, peppers and garlic.
    Add other ingredients.
    Heat, but do not boil, for 10 to 20 minutes.
    Put in sterilized jars; process 15 minutes in water bath or 10 minutes at 5 pounds in pressure cooker. Can in pint jars.
