Peanut Butter Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 c. jelly, melted
    1/2 c. chopped peanuts
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together. Cut in peanut butter and butter. Add milk and eggs, stirring just until moistened. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 17 minutes. Brush tops with melted jelly. Dip in peanuts.
