Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 egg
    1 c. plain milk
Preparation
    Mix all this by hand and place in a greased 8-inch or 9-inch pan.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 400\u00b0.
