Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium hen (5 or 6 lb.), cooked tender
    3/4 c. finely cut celery
    3/4 c. finely cut sweet pickle
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped finely
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. pickle juice
Preparation
    Cut the chicken meat up fine.
    Salt and pepper.
    Add the other ingredients; mix well.
    Serve on lettuce with crackers, or make sandwiches.
    Any way it is served, it is delicious.
