Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon, drained a little
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. corn meal
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    crushed crackers (enough to be able to form patties)
Preparation
    Mix the egg, flour, corn meal, baking powder and crackers with the salmon. Dip in 1 egg that has been beaten. Roll in some crushed cracker crumbs. Fry in hot oil until brown on both sides.
