Shaker Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large lemons
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Slice lemons, discard seed, toss with sugar and refrigerate overnight.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Beat eggs until frothy.
    Stir lemons into eggs and place mixture into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and bake until done.
