Stir-Fry Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    2 carrots, sliced
    1 bunch broccoli, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    1/2 head cauliflower, cut into flowerets
    1 c. black ripe olives (pitted)
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    In a large skillet over high heat in hot oil, cook onion, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower, stirring quickly and often, for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add olives, seasonings and water; cover and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
