Cottage Cheese Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 hard-cooked eggs
    4 c. cooked, sliced and cooled potatoes
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. large curd cottage cheese
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sliced radishes
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    ripe olives
Preparation
    Set aside 1 egg for garnishing. Chop 2 eggs; mix with remaining ingredients except olives.
    Chill.
    Garnish with egg slices and olives.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
