Mushroom Minute Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 beef cube steaks
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 cans sliced mushrooms, undrained
Preparation
    Sprinkle beef steaks with salt and lemon pepper.
    Cook a few steaks at a time in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until brown. Return steaks to skillet.
    Add green pepper, onion and mushrooms. Heat over low heat until mushrooms are hot.
