"Smoked Lox Cheese Ball" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) lox
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/4 tsp. chopped chives
    fresh garlic to taste
    1/2 squeezed lemon (juice)
    Tabasco to taste
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. Form a ball and place in small bowl (which has been sprayed with Pam to keep it from sticking). After it has set up, you can easily take it out and put on a plate with crackers for serving.
