Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) loaf French bread, crumbled
    3 c. milk
    2 c. sugar
    8 Tbsp. butter, melted
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. pecan pieces
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mixture should be very moist but not soupy.
    Pour into a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Place into non-preheated oven.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
