Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. oil
1 green onion, sliced
1 c. green pepper, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
2 tomatoes
Preparation

Cut beef across grain in thin strips.
Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger and beef.
Heat oil in pan.
Add beef and toss until brown.
Cover and simmer until tender, 30 to 40 minutes. Add vegetables and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
