Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease an 8-inch square pan.
Beat eggs.
Add sugar.
Stir well. Sift dry ingredients and all alternately with buttermilk, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
Stir in butter.
Bake in prepared pan at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
