Scandinavian Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 firm tomatoes, cut in slices or wedges
    1 small onion, sliced
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3/4 tsp. dill weed
    2 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Arrange tomatoes around edge of plate.
    Place onions in center.
    Combine oil, dill, horseradish and salt.
    Set aside for about 10 minutes to blend flavors.
    Add vinegar; mix well.
    Spoon over tomatoes and onions.
    Serve chilled.
