Scalloped Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes, peeled or not
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese (lite cheese can be substituted)
3 Tbsp. butter (optional)
1 c. milk (skim may be substituted)
Preparation

Slice potatoes and place in baking dish.
Place soup over top of potatoes.
Dice cheese and butter and place on top; add milk. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
To speed up process, you can boil potatoes for 15 minutes and add ingredients, then microwave for 10 to 15 minutes until tender.
