Mostaccioli And Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. link Italian sausage, sliced
1 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
2 (26 oz.) cans Classico pasta sauce (any flavor)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (1 lb.) pkg. Creamettes mostaccioli, cooked
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Cook Creamette mostaccioli according to package directions. Drain.
In large saucepan, brown sausage.
Pour off fat.
Add onion and pepper.
Cook and stir until tender.
Add pasta sauce and Parmesan cheese.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Toss hot cooked mostaccioli with oil.
Serve with sauce.
Garnish as desired.
Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
