Stir-Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. reduced calorie margarine
    2/3 c. diagonally sliced celery
    2 c. shredded green cabbage
    1/2 c. chopped red or green bell pepper
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. soy sauce
    dash of black pepper to taste
Preparation
    In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat margarine over high heat until bubbly and hot.
    Add celery, stirring quickly and frequently for 1 minute.
    Add cabbage, bell pepper and onion; continue to stir.
    Fry until vegetables are tender-crisp, approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add soy sauce and pepper.
    Stir well and cook for 1 minute longer.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Contains only 39 calories.
