Treasure Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soft shortening
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 to 2 c. mashed cooked carrots
    2 c. unbleached flour
    1/2 c. oat bran
    1/4 c. unprocessed wheat bran
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Begin by beating together in large bowl the shortening, sugar, eggs and mashed, cooked carrots.
    Next stir in remaining ingredients.
    Spread batter into 13 x 9 cake pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
