Tuna Fish Casserole(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
    1 can milk
    1 c. Minute rice
    10 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables
    tuna fish, chicken or salmon
    fried onion rings (these come in pop open lid can)
Preparation
    Mix together soup and milk.
    Microwave (covered in microwave casserole dish) on High for 3 minutes.
    Add Minute rice.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    While waiting, cook vegetables on High for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add to soup and rice mixture.
    Add choice of meat now.
    Cook on High for 7 minutes (covered).
    Top with fried onion rings and put in microwave for 1 minute (uncovered).
