Roasted Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1 c. fresh herbs (parsley, oregano and rosemary)
    1 can chicken broth
    1/2 c. white cooking wine
    1 stick butter
    salt, pepper and paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Wash chicken. Rub 1/2 stick of butter over chicken. Cut up fresh herbs and butter. Place inside cavity of chicken. Pour 1/4 cup of white cooking wine and 1/2 can of chicken broth inside cavity of chicken. Pour remaining can of chicken broth and 1/4 cup of white cooking wine over chicken. Sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika over chicken. Place in baking pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before cutting.
