Five Layer Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    2/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
    pepper to taste
    2 large potatoes, thinly sliced
    1/3 c. uncooked rice
    1 can chopped tomatoes
    1/3 c. water
    1/3 c. catsup
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions.
    Add seasoning.
    Cover bottom of greased baking dish with sliced potatoes.
    Spread rice evenly over potatoes.
    Spread beef and onions over rice.
    Sprinkle green pepper over beef.
    Then spoon tomatoes over top evenly.
    Mix catsup and water; pour over all.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
