Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. grated onion
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. catsup
2 c. milk
Preparation

Combine meat with onion, eggs, cornstarch, salt and pepper, 1 tablespoon mustard and 1/2 cup milk. Shape into balls and brown. Place in casserole. Add remaining ingredients to skillet. Heat until thickened. Pour over meatballs. Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Yields 6 servings.
