Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. raisins
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    18 slices bread (1 loaf)
    3 1/2 c. milk
    5 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Butter bread and put a single layer in a 9 x 10-inch pan. Sprinkle with raisins.
    Continue to layer, ending with bread. Heat milk.
    Add sugar and stir into beaten eggs.
    Add cinnamon and vanilla.
    Pour over bread.
    Press top layer down.
    Sprinkle with additional cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
