Baked Crab Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. flaked crab meat
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. mayonnaise
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except buttered crumbs.
Place in seashells or baking dish; do not grease.
Sprinkle with buttered crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until crumbs are golden brown.
Makes 8 servings.
