Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp, cleaned and butterflied (leave the tails on)
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 tsp. finely chopped garlic
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried crushed oregano
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Place on a lined broiler pan.
    Place the shrimp under the broiler about 3 to 4 inches under flame. Broil about 5 to 6 minutes until done.
    You may turn if you like but be careful not to overcook or the shrimp will become tough. Serve at once with rice or pasta.
