Ingredients

2 c. beets, cooked
1 c. juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. beet juice
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour.
Add vinegar and beet juice.
Mix well. Cook over low heat until thick.
Add beets and butter.
Let simmer until thoroughly hot.
