Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 large can sliced pineapple
lemon cake mix (mix as directed)
Preparation

Melt butter with brown sugar.
Spread evenly over bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Arrange slices of pineapple on sugar mixture.
Pour cake mix over pineapple.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
Invert onto cardboard covered with waxed paper.
