Golden Chicken 'N Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. chicken parts, skinned
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 medium sliced onion
1 chopped clove garlic
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 can condensed golden mushroom soup (cream of mushroom if you like)
1 can (16 oz.) drained and diced tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
8 oz. cooked and drained medium noodles
Preparation

In large skillet, brown chicken parts in margarine or butter. Remove chicken and set aside.
In drippings, saute onion, garlic and thyme for a few minutes.
Stir in soup and tomatoes.
Return chicken to skillet, cover and cook over low heat 45 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over noodles.
Serves 4. Great 1 dish meal.
