Herbed Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1/3 c. finely chopped onions
    1 thick slice of white bread
    1/4 c. milk
    1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 tsp. ground sage
    1/2 tsp. crushed dry marjoram
    3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt oleo and saute onions.
    Soak bread in milk (after breaking bread).
    Combine onions, bread and remaining ingredients. Mix well with hands and shape into loaf.
    Bake in a lightly greased pie plate or shallow baking dish.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
