Chut Nut Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar, shredded
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 jar Raffetto chut nut chutney (can buy at Jungle Jims)
    8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
    8 chopped green spring onions
Preparation
    Mix the night before the cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, butter and curry powder.
    Mold into a flat ball and refrigerate.
    When ready to serve, top with jar of chutney, bacon and onions.
    Serve with crackers.
