Apple Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. light sour cream
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    4 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/16 tsp. pepper
    4 c. packed, thinly sliced cabbage
    2 2/3 c. diced, cored Granny Smith apples (about 2 large)
    1/2 c. shredded, pared carrot
Preparation
    In large bowl, stir first 5 ingredients until smooth.
    Add cabbage, apples and carrot; toss well to coat.
    Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
    Makes 8 servings.
