Ham Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. ground ham
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. or more pickle relish or chopped sweet pickles
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Grind ham coarsely in a meat grinder or food processor.
    Add chopped eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients and moisten with mayonnaise.
    Serve on sandwiches.
    Makes 3 cups.
