Lisa'S Salad Ring - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
2 1/2 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. grated onion
3/4 c. peeled, diced cucumber
1/2 c. celery
1/3 c. diced green pepper
Preparation

Soften gelatin in cold water.
Heat 1 cup tomato juice; add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Add remaining juice, sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
Chill until partially set.
Fold in onion, cucumber, celery and green pepper. Turn into an oiled 1 1/2-quart ring mold.
Chill until set.
When ready to serve, place on lettuce or \"greens\" bed.
Line center of salad ring and fill with any of the following:
crab salad, tuna salad, chicken salad.
Garnish with cucumber slices.
