Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 large mushrooms
    1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. taco sauce
    1/4 c. thinly sliced green onion
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms and drain.
    Remove stems.
    Set caps aside.
    In small skillet, cook sausage, breaking up large pieces.
    Drain fat. Stir sausage and cheese.
    Fill caps with 1 tablespoon mixture.
