Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lemon Jell-O
1 can evaporated milk, chilled
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 graham cracker crusts
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in 1/2 cup boiling water.
Set aside.
Whip cream cheese; add 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla.
In another bowl, whip until fluffy the evaporated milk.
Then add 1/2 cup sugar; whip and add Jell-O.
Add cream cheese mixture.
Whip until smooth, then pour into graham cracker crusts.
Makes 2 pies.
