Poor Man'S Eclairs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 pkg. graham crackers
    2 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
    3 c. cold milk
    9 oz. Cool Whip
    2 oz. bitter chocolate squares
    2 Tbsp. white Karo
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. soft butter
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Butter bottom and sides of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Lay whole graham crackers over bottom of pan.
    Beat pudding and milk; add Cool Whip.
    Pour 1/2 of this mixture over graham crackers.
    Add a layer of graham crackers, then remaining pudding mixture.
    Top with an additional layer of graham crackers.
    Melt chocolate squares and Karo syrup.
    Add remaining ingredients, stirring until smooth.
    Pour over crackers.
    Refrigerate 24 hours and cut into squares.
    Serves 15.
