Crescent Chicken Puffs (12) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. cream cheese
5 Tbsp. melted oleo
4 c. cooked, cubed chicken (3 to 4 breast halves)
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
2 Tbsp. green pepper (optional)
3 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
3/4 c. garlic and onion croutons or bread crumbs, crushed
1 can mushroom, cream of chicken or celery soup
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Blend cream cheese (softened) and 4 tablespoons oleo until smooth.
Add next 7 ingredients and mix well.
Make 12 squares from rolls, pinch perforated edges together.
Place 1/2 cup chicken mixture in center of each square.
Pull 4 corners up and twist.
Brush with remaining oleo.
Sprinkle with crushed croutons.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Mix soup and milk.
Heat.
Serve over rolls.
