Chicken Rockefeller - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. Italian style bread crumbs
    3 whole chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook spinach; drain and cool.
    Combine spinach, egg and 1 tablespoon of the cheese.
    Combine remaining cheese and bread crumbs in shallow dish.
    Season chicken with salt and pepper; roll in bread crumb mixture.
    Place in greased 2-quart baking dish. Mound large spoonfuls of spinach on each chicken breast; sprinkle with remaining bread crumb mixture and drizzle with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
