Shirley'S Diabetic Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. fructose as sugar substitute
1/3 c. cooking oil
2 c. uncooked oatmeal
egg substitute (to equal 2 eggs)
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients well.
Drop by teaspoon on vegetable sprayed cookie sheet.
Flatten with fork.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Keeps well in closed container.
